Boone Distance Project works with cross country runners who currently attend or will attend Boone High School and want to condition over the summer to prepare for the upcoming season. These are not required workouts, but highly recommended to help prevent injury and start the season off strong.
Preparing for fall XC starts in the summer! We use the summer to build our base, work on strength and mobility, and build camaraderie with the team.
While most sessions meet in the Boone district, there are also "field trips" on Saturdays to experience running in different environments.
