Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7 A.M. at Delaney Park by the ball field.
These weekday sessions incorporate various run workouts, hill work, drills, and stretching. Runners are grouped by pace. New runners will have experienced runners with them so they aren't alone!
Strength- Strength training is a great compliment to help athletes run faster. Runners have specific training needs to balance strength and speed. Weekly strength schedule TBD.
Saturday- Long Runs are at various locations around Central Florida and will be announced during the week.

Boone Distance Project is a 501(c)(3) (status pending) providing scholarships to Boone runners! We think running can have a significant positive impact on student's lives, and want it to be accessible to all. These scholarships cover the costs of summer camp, shoes, and other running necessities for individuals who need a helping hand.
